Kosovo’s deputy prime minister, Enver Hoxhaj, says no agreement is expected between Kosovo and Serbia during the Western Balkans Summit expected to take place on 29 April in Berlin.

According to Hoxhaj in meetings of such multilateral format, might be proposed only deadlines on how to move forward with the dialogue between Kosovo and Serbia. Hoxhaj made the statements during a joint press conference with minister of Justice, Abelard Tahiri. “This is a multilateral meeting organised by Germany and France which will be attended by the Western Balkan countries. Don’t expect agreement from such meetings,” Hoxhaj said, Gazeta Express reports. “The main focus is Koovo-Sebria dialogue, but there will be no agreement, or discussion on modalities of the agreement. There might be messages, deadlines or even proposals on how to move forward with the dialogue, but there will be no agreements,” Hoxhaj said.
