Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov, who is in Geneva to take part in the UN Human Rights Council's 43rd session, has meet with his Armenian counterpart on the sidelines of the international event.

Greeting the Russian official, Zohrab Mnatsakanyan thanked him for the negotiations and the opportunity for a "fundamental discussion", Tass.ru reports.

The two ministers had earlier met in the course of Lavrov's official visit to Yerevan back in November.
