Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan has said that the upcoming parliamentary elections in Armenia is highly significant and important for the ongoing process of peace with Azerbaijan.

Speaking at the Paris Peace Forum, the premier highlighted the TRIPP project (also known as the Trump Route) and emphasised the importance of its implementation for Armenia and Azerbaijan, Caliber.Az reports via Armenian media.

“Regional connectivity means that we will have the opportunity—I mean both Armenia and Azerbaijan—to use each other’s territory for domestic, bilateral, and international communication. This also means that a new route for international transit will open through our territory,” Pashinyan said.
