The date of consideration of the appeal of the All-Russian Azerbaijan Congress against the decision of the Supreme Court of Russia has been announced.

The Appeal Collegium of the Supreme Court of Russia will consider the appeal on September 19, 2017, APA’s Moscow correspondent reported.

On May 15, the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation made an unprecedented decision to liquidate Azerbaijan’s largest diaspora organization, the All-Russian Azerbaijani Congress. On Jne 15, the Congress filed an appeal against the decision of the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation.

The All-Russian Azerbaijan Congress was established in 2001.
