Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic has accused Türkiye and the U.S. of arming ethnic Albanians in Kosovo against Serbia. He also accused Albania, Croatia, and Kosovo of creating a "military alliance" aimed at endangering Serbia's territorial integrity.

During his speech with foreign ambassadors based in Belgrade, he said that Albania, Croatia, and Kosovo have expanded their military agreements with Slovenia and are trying to include Bulgaria in these processes, emphasizing that the goal is to endanger Serbia's territorial integrity and attack on the civilian population and security structures.

Kosovo-based Telegrafi cited Vucic as saying, "The Americans are arming Albanians in Kosovo, as is Türkiye. The goal is an attack on Serbia and the Serbian population."
