Our distinguished speaker, Former Prime Minister of Montenegro Igor Luksic started his political career as Member of Parliament of Montenegro in 2001. Between 2003-2006 he was a Member of Parliament of Serbia and Montenegro. Between 2003-2004 he served as Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Serbia and Montenegro. Between 2004-2010 he was Minister of Finance. He served also as Minister of Foreign Affairs between 2012-2016.He was elected and served as Prime Minister of Montenegro from 2010- 2012.
The conference will be in English. There will be no translation service.
