From 14 to 15 January 2019, CEPEJ international expert Anne Sanders led a seminar and several meetings in Tirana to present and discuss the CEPEJ report on the new system of individual evaluation of judges in Albania established by the Law No 96/2016 "On the Status of Judges and Prosecutors in the Republic of Albania". This report is the result of the consultation carried out with beneficiaries and partners on their experience, understanding and perception on the ways the Law No 96/2016 should be implemented.

This activity is taking place under the SEJ II Action “Strengthening the efficiency and quality of the justice system in Albania”, which is part of the programme "Horizontal Facility for the Western Balkans and Turkey", co-funded by the European Union and the Council of Europe and implemented by the Council of Europe.
